We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor. Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project. Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station. Role Summary: * Provide general administrative and clerical support to the site/project team in daily operations. * Handle letters, and maintain proper filing and records. * Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports for project management. * Coordinate site office requirements including stationery, office supplies, and basic facilities. * Support in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes of meetings. * Coordinate with head office, clients, and subcontractors for
