Must Have
2 years of relevant experience, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Verbal & Written communication skills: phone, email and interactions with customers and Associates are effective & professional., Ability to handle office equipment, Knowledge of Fashion Industry including garment construction, fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise, Knowledge of ordering supplies and scheduling
Nice to Have
Fashion Design degree preferred but not required

Support Alterations Department
Ensure timely operations
Provide customer service
Maintain customer relationships
Work with team members
Assist with spotting garments
Assist with stock repairs
Assume responsibility of workroom
Monitor alterations tickets
Ensure alterations tickets comply
Utilize daily reports
Ensure timely completion
Ensure quality completion
Maintain stock repair standards
Assist with month end reports
