Must Have

Dealership experience a plus., At least 1-2 years of accounting experience., Computer accurate with 10 key pad and typing., Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule., Basic working knowledge of accounting., Good interpersonal and oral communication skills., Mathematical aptitude.
What You'll Do.
and document organization
Assist with daily deposits and basic cash handling
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Process aftermarket sales and wholesale transactions
Help maintain new and used vehicle inventory records
Conduct and assist with physical inventory counts
Manage timecards and assist with payroll-related tracking
Order and maintain office supplies
Research and process payments for toll (Fastrak) violations
Assist billing clerks with deal documentation and compliance
Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
