What You'll Do.
day to day trade processing/settlements/FX/Cash processing

Monitor volume inflow and ensure sufficient resource and workflow allocation
technical operational expert for queries from clients/team members etc.
Building a mechanism to take care of volume peaks during peak season
Ensuring closure of tasks within prescribed SLAs
strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal
Identifying operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately
adequate back-ups created for all critical positions
assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage
Handling BAU to process FX/Cash processing for offshore and local clients
FX and Regulatory reporting for India market
