What You'll Achieve.
Ensuring that functions are fulfilled to agreed standards and timescales; Facilitating efficient and effective MIS Reporting and Exception Handling; Ensuring that service levels are met and strive to exceed service levels; Ensuring productivity processes are robust and strive to improve productivity; Managing the quality control process within the team, ensure adherence to quality concepts and drive a process of continuous improvement in quality; Monitoring, measuring and reporting on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales; Ensuring that the performance indicators as mentioned in the service level agreement for all the processes are met; Meet and exceed timelines targets on a consistent basis; Meet and exceed quality targets on a consistent basis; To ensure that the queries are raised within the stipulated TAT; Create and maintain MIS sheet

Manage day to day production and process of Trade Services Business
Ensure functions are fulfilled to agreed standards
Provide support to the Manager
Act as a point of reference for team members
Involve in daily production
Report to the client and management
Escalate exceptional issues to management
Ensure service levels are met
Plan and manage training
Ensure ongoing coaching of team members
Ensure productivity processes are robust
Manage quality control process within the team
Monitor operational issues and opportunities
Promote awareness of Escalation Matrix
Allocate and prioritize all work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a point of reference for team members, management and other concerned parties; Coordinate with the training team and Senior team members; Ensure ongoing coaching of team members; Build supportive relationships with peers and colleagues
Communication Scope
Good communication skills (English and German language specialist); High interpersonal skills
