Why This Role Matters ClearCalc is a vendor-agnostic independent calculation software platform for treatment planning second checks, helping radiation oncology clinics improve quality, consistency, and confidence in patient treatment plans. As a QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ClearCalc before it reaches customers. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Success teams, you will test new product releases, investigate and resolve issues, support customer troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to medical device documentation activities. This role requires a strong understanding of radiation oncology quality assurance principles and clinical workflows. Your expertise will help drive product quality, support regulatory compliance, and ultimately improve efficiency and patient care for clinics around the world. The ideal candidate is passionate about radiation therapy, enjoys learning new technologies, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They bring strong organizational and communication skills, excel at managing multiple pr
