Must Have
Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Renewable Energy, or Energy Management, 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing value chains, 7+ years of experience in Policy development and regulatory frameworks, 7+ years of experience in Technology localisation initiatives, 7+ years of experience in Wind project development or implementation, Knowledge of wind turbine technologies, siting considerations, standards, and project economics

Lead Wind Turbine Localisation Strategy:** Develop and implement strategies for turbine and component localisation. Ensure localisation pathways align with cost competitiveness, supply chain maturity, and national priorities. **2\. Track Global Technology & Market Trends**: Monitor global developments in wind turbine technologies, OEM manufacturing approaches, supply chain evolution, and materials innovation. Translate international trends into actionable insights for domestic wind industry stakeholders. **3\. Engage with OEMs and Tier‑I/II Suppliers** : Build and maintain relationships with global and domestic turbine manufacturers and component suppliers.
