Nice to Have
Knowledge of microelectronics quality standards, including die shear, wire pull, and bond shear per MIL-STD-883 or JEDEC JESD22-B116, Hands-on experience with equipment like die bonders, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, pull/shear testers, AOI systems, optical microscopes, and laser markers, Exceptional attention to detail combined with high efficiency, written and verbal communication skills, Positive attitude, work ethic, and drive to succeed, Superior organizational skills for maintaining tidy workspaces and efficient workflows, Creative problem-solving with eagerness to learn and innovate, 1+ years of experience working in a cleanroom electronics manufacturing environment
