What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or Production Management, 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or critical technical infrastructures team management, Experience in industrialization, operational excellence, or production ramp-up, Organizational and planning skills, Leadership & Collaboration skills, Ability to build and manage production schedules, Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, Pragmatism and operational decision-making capabilities, Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety, English and French communication skills, Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and cleanroom operations, Experience with fabrication equipment operation and maintenance coordination, Familiarity with industrial workflows and operational KPIs
Nice to Have
Experience with superconducting or quantum technologies, Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies, Good or fluent French
What You'll Do.
Ensure Cleanroom Operations deliver according to production goals
Organize and supervise day-to-day fabrication activities
Maintain equipment planning and team schedules
Coordinate priorities and schedules with other teams
Ensure rigorous execution of fabrication processes
Ensure fabrication requests are documented
Ensure team members are trained appropriately on fabrication
and compliance with SOPs within
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Ensure smooth transfer from process development to stable
Ensure tools remain fully operational and performing at
Ensure operational readiness of tools
Monitor preventive maintenance plans
Coordinate troubleshooting
corrective maintenance
and supplier interventions
Drive continuous improvement
Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive actions to maximize wafer throughput and reduce
Support the ramp-up toward industrial fabrication cadence
Drive the development of the team
Manage on a day-to-day a team of engineers
