Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Ohio for the past 30 years Position: Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office) Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road Rate of Pay : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Fri Duties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including: * Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards * Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections. * Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees. * Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups. * Replenish supplies * Maintain and repair equipment * Fill in for absent employees. * Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution * Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports * Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards * Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environment * Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary ## Qualifications Must pass criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Must have experience supervising cleaning/janitorial crews ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
