Maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care
Operation of the scrubber and buffer
and spot cleaning glass and windows
Adhering to all operational
and loss prevention standards
Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business
Maintaining all floor care cleanliness standards
Maintaining all organizational
and recovery standards for the entire store
Adhering to all company policies concerning Health and Safety
Supporting and responding to all Front End coverage needs
Adhering and upholding merchandising philosophy and signage standards
Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day
Adhering to all operational and loss prevention controls
Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates
Adhering to all labor laws
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
How You'll Work.

Cross-trained in other areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.); Supports and responds to all Front End coverage needs; Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates; Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
