What You'll Do.
Clean and disinfect all areas of the Spa building
Polish furniture and fixtures
and polish floors and stairs
and disinfect elevators
Keep the building front free of trash
and upholstered furniture
Wash walls and ceilings
move and arrange furniture
Empty ashtrays and wastebaskets
Empty dirty towel bins regularly
Replenish soap dispensers
Deposit collected trash in assigned recycling bins
Follow waste disposal and recycling procedures
and maintain cleaning equipment daily
Follow special cleaning checklist
Adhere to cleaning schedule and assigned times
Report pending maintenance tasks or breakdowns
Know the spa facilities and operating hours
Report pending restocking of products
Assist guests in public areas when needed
Attend daily briefings for functions and events
Perform assigned daily tasks and reasonable tasks upon request
Wear name tag and uniform during service
Comply with MVW rules and procedures
Direct customers without access to facilities to reception
Maintain assigned master key during shift
Follow complex key handling procedure
Comply with complex lost and found policy
Place caution signs when necessary
Report suspicious individuals

Limpiar y desinfectar con los productos y medios proporcionados el edificio del Spa: esas áreas incluyen, pero no se limitan a: áreas públicas, oficinas, tiendas, restaurante, vestuarios, spa y pasillos del complejo según los estándares higiénico, sanitarios y de limpieza de MVW. **TAREAS CRÍTICAS** **TAREAS ESENCIALES** * Limpia y desinfecta todas las zonas del edificio del Spa. * Lustra muebles y accesorios. * Barre, aspira, friega, encera y abrillanta suelos y escaleras. * Desempolva, limpia y desinfecta los ascensores, pomos y todo tipo de superficies. * Mantiene el frente del edificio libre de basura. * Limpia alfombras, moquetas y muebles tapizados utilizando las herramientas provistas. * Lava las paredes y los techos, mueve y acomoda los muebles. * Vacía ceniceros y papeleras. * Limpia ventanas, puertas y espejos. * Vacía cestos de toallas sucias regularmente. * Repone jaboneras, toallas, papel higiénico, artículos de aseo y de desinfección. * Deposita la basura recogida en los contenedores de reciclaje asignados. Sigue el procedimiento de eliminación de residuos y reciclaje. * Limpia, desinfecta y mantiene los equipos de limpieza diariamente. * Sigue el listado de limpieza especial dado por la responsable de limpieza o supervisora. * Respeta el horario de limpieza y los tiempos asignados para cada una de las áreas, registrando cualquier incidencia. * Informa de inmediato al supervisor o al servicio de limpieza sobre las tareas de mantenimiento pendientes o averías detectadas. * Conoce las instalaciones del spa, así como los horarios de funcionamiento de las instalaciones. * Reporta a sus superiores los productos pendientes de reposición. **POLÍTICAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS** * Asiste a los huéspedes en las áreas públicas cuando sea necesario. * Asiste a las reuniones informativas diarias para las funciones y eventos celebrados en el complejo. * Realiza las tareas diarias asignadas y aquellas tareas razonables a petición de la dirección de la empresa, según necesida
