Must Have
High School Diploma or 1-2 years of related work experience, Computer experience, especially with Windows and MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Effective time-management, organizational, and communication skills, Comfortable working from a standing position for 3-5 hours per shift or siting for 4-8 hours daily, Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40lbs, Ability to read, write, and speak English and understand basic math concepts., Ability to work 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekday or infrequent weekend overtime as required, Ability to work in a clean room environment, which requires special protective-outer garments (provided by the company) to maintain cleanliness in the workspace., Applicants must be either a U. S. citizen, U. S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U. S. Departments of State or Commerce

Prepare small optical components for dicing
Perform manual assembly steps at workstation
Operate computer-based dicing
and inspection equipment
Maintain a clean work area
Handle hazardous chemicals
Minimize dust and surface contaminants
Collaborate with engineers
Process materials as instructed
Assist in setting up workstations
Follow written or verbal process specifications
Perform other duties as required
