The **CLC Compounding Manager** is primarily responsible for leading a team to ensure productivity and alignment with departmental goals. You will plan, direct, and monitor production activities, liaise with various departments, manage production line maintenance, and ensure a safe work environment. Leadership, time management, communication, and team coordination skills are essential to drive operational efficiency and team performance at our **Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, TX**.
