What You'll Do.
scheduling and supervising the daily workload for the Clay Brook housekeeping staff
Generate daily assignments for Clay Brook housekeeping and Custodial teams
Conduct random and seasonal unit inspections and common area inspections
Conduct unit secures for units not cleaned on day of departure
Maintain tracking systems including
seasonal cleans and others as needed
Train new hires on department tasks and procedures
Oversee daily workload maintaining expectations to a consistent standard
Generate the weekly schedule
Oversee daily time in allocating hours to the correct department as needed
