Current SAIT student enrolled in and returning to a program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an IT related field.

Nice to Have

Up to 1 year experience supporting desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, including basic hardware troubleshooting, operating system issues, and application support., Up to 1 year experience following documented procedures, knowledge base articles, and escalation paths in an IT support setting.

What You'll Do.

Provide entry-level support to the Classroom Technology team in the maintenance of classroom computers and related technology.

Assist with service requests

Conduct routine classroom checks and assist with room readiness activities.

Join us and help build what’s next.  The Opportunity   Job classification: W6000 - Student Worker # of positions: 1 Hourly Rate: $18.22 Position End Date: March 31, 2027 Deadline to apply: 4:00PM, May 25, 2026   Reporting to the appropriate supervisor, the Classroom Technology, Student Worker provides entry-level support to the Classroom Technology team in the maintenance of classroom computers and related technology across SAIT campuses. The role assists with service requests, basic troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance activities to help ensure classroom technology remains functional and accessible.
