What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University degree (Marketing, Communications, Economics, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine or other relevant specialty), Prior pharmaceutical marketing/sales/medical experience preferred – 5 to 7 years minimum, Experience with responsibility for sales/profit targets, preferably in markets including generics, Expert knowledge of Dutch pharmaceutical selling/buying system, including tenders, Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into execution, Experience using multiple channels of marketing mix & evidence of successful implementations through digital channels, High level of proactivity, own initiative and being able to actively propose solutions, Ability to take optimal decisions within complex environment, Happy to challenge others and accepts being challenged him/herself, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent NL/EN required

Nice to Have

Prior pharmaceutical marketing/sales/medical experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Manage the classic established portfolio

Deliver sales/profit targets for the CEP

Make strategic decisions for CEP business

Plan and develop marketing communication campaigns

Shape trade offers for CEP to maximize profit

Identify opportunities and mitigate risks for CEP

Drive decisions regarding selling prices

Communicate with above-country stakeholders

Cooperate with other departments

Support discount and rebates accruals

Reconcile customer claims

Align process to GSK SOPs and policies

Maintain correct documentation

Provide support in Revenue recognition/G2N

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with Finance, Market Access, Supply, and European stakeholders; Shaping effective cooperation with other departments within the LOC, above country teams and third parties

Excellent communication and presentation skills
