Industry & Context.
90% of your day is outside of the truck, boots on the ground!, Work safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labor intensive capacity, Climb safely into small vessels and tanks with industrial cleaning equipment, Perform physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis), Comfortable with the use of additional respiratory equipment and air wearing a full face mask and carrying your own source of oxygen
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid class AZ or DZ license with no more than 5 demerits in the last two years, Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, Able to travel throughout Ontario (flexibility in scheduling is required)
Nice to Have
1+ years of directly related work experience operating vacuum truck, chemical cleaning equipment, high pressure/water trucks and/or combo units is considered an asset, not required
What You'll Do.
Operate and maintain vacuum trucks
high pressure water equipment and various specialty tools
Work safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labor intensive capacity
Climb safely into small vessels and tanks with industrial cleaning equipment
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Learn new skills every day by rigging in and out specialty equipment
Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip
job reports and safety documents
Strictly observe and enforce all company and client safety requirements
