Full Job Description

We are seeking a _safety-conscious_ **Class A CDL Driver** to join our team at **LeMay PCR **in **Frederickson, WA.** _**PAY AND SCHEDULE:**_ * Competitive Wages range from $35.00 to $35.50/HR to start. * This position follows a four‑day, 4x10 schedule, working either Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday–Saturday or Tuesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday, with start times between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. **_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_** * Drive a tractor-trailer with a dedicated local route. Manual transmission is utilized in tractor/trailer equipment. * Possibility for training on Roll Off. * Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. * Ability to perform a physically demanding job, lifting to 50lbs regularly * Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. **_WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:_** * Climbing in and out of the cab up to 40+ times/day. * The work environment involves exposure to physical risks, such as moving mechanical parts, which requires following basic safety precautions. * The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and humid conditions, fumes, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate. * Will be working in all weather conditions ** _MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:_** * Valid Class A CDL * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to learn and use interpersonal skills relating to quality customer service * As verified by a current MVR/driver abstract, all qualifications as defined under DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51 must be met. * We require at least three years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with expertise operating 53' trailers. * Clean safety and driving record * Able to work in all weather conditions * Ability to deal with the physicality of the job with no issues. * Basic knowledge of truck components to complete pre-and post-trip inspections. * **Safety Sensitive: **YES To be considered
