What You'll Do.
Review claims submitted to CRM
Gather supporting documentation for claims
Photograph returned product
Organize image files per claims procedure
Assist with claim investigation
Flag items approaching response deadlines
Complete Microsoft Forms submissions
Verify confirmation emails
Verify SharePoint records
Perform incoming inspection checks
Record inspection results
Conduct in-process quality checks
Document nonconforming product
Notify supervisor per procedure
Assist with Layered Process Audits
Record audit findings
Support corrective action follow-up
Operate spectrophotometer to measure color
Compare readings against standard
Evaluate color data using OnColor
Flag out-of-tolerance results
Generate shade reports
Support shade-related claim investigations
Pull production color records
Correlate color records with complaint details
Maintain spectrophotometer
Escalate instrument issues
Assist with physical testing
Support calibration recall coordination
Pull instruments due for service
Update calibration logs
Track instrument return
Maintain a clean environment
Serve as backup to lab personnel
Enter quality data into Excel logs
Enter quality data into SharePoint
Use iPad for floor-based data entry
Use iPad for photo capture
