Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields, Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or in a similar role, Solid experience with Lean Six Sigma, In-depth knowledge of process improvement, organizational efficiency, and quality control, Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis, Familiarity with tools for process management and mapping, project management, workflow automation and data analysis, Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and productivity, Ability to motivate, develop, and manage operational teams, Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, suppliers, and senior management, Willing to overcoming challenges, managing crises and making decisions under pressure

What You'll Do.

Review business processes and company policies

Work with managers to review workflows

Collaborate with Claims teams to create efficient processes

Deliver monthly management report on projects

Create methodologies for calculating project savings

Oversee claims process from initiation to resolution

Develop and implement claims management strategies

Analyze claims data to identify trends

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
