We don’t just pay claims; we help our customers prevent them. We now insure hundreds of fleets in the UK, including the likes of Amazon, DPD, Uber and Bolt.   We've now raised over £50M and our goal is to become the leading insurance company for connected and autonomous vehicles, and we're building a world-class team to help us get there.   THE ROLE  Lead and shape Flock’s claims function, ensuring fast, fair resolutions for our fleet customers while building world-class claims processes with our insurer partner Admiral. WHAT WE THINK IS MOST EXCITING ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a unique opportunity to shape the claims function at a fast-growing insurtech. You’ll have real ownership over building scalable claims processes, working directly with Admiral, and making a genuine difference to fleet operators when they need it most. A LITTLE MORE ON WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Own the end-to-end claims journey for Flock customers, ensuring rapid and fair resolution. Work closely with Admiral to develop, document, and continuously improve claims handling processes. Be the primary point of contact for escalated claims issues. Analyse claims data to identify trends and opportunities to reduce frequency and severity. Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve claims-related customer experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers including repairers, legal and TPAs. WHAT YOU’ll BRING TO FLOCK: - ESSENTIAL - Proven experience in motor or commercial fleet claims handling. - Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Experience working with insurance partner
