What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Life insurance claims management experience within Group policy, Workers Compensation or Return to Work claims management experience with an Allied Health background, analytical, problem-solving & time-management skills, Excellent communication & empathy to support customers during challenging times., Solid understanding of injuries, illnesses and treatment
Nice to Have
IP and/or TPD claims experience is ideal
What You'll Do.
Manage life insurance claims from start to finish
Providing a seamless experience for our customers
Providing a best-in-class customer and client experience
Regular communication in relation to the status of claims
Independently managing a portfolio of TPD and IP claims end-to-end
calculate and finalise claims payments
Active engagement of external treating doctors
rehabilitation consultants as well as in house medical and legal specialists
Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with our philosophy
policy and claims procedures
Participate in case conferences
peer case discussions
and instructing third party service providers
