Analyze medical, financial, and employment-related information to determine eligibility for accident benefits and statutory coverage. Negotiate claim settlements with clients, third parties, and stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and compliant resolutions. Manage end-to-end claims files in accordance with internal policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements. Ensure deadlines and service standards are met to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prepare, review, and validate reports and documentation required for accurate claims processing and decision-making. Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions, maintaining strong relationship management throughout the claims process. Requirements: College diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in property and casualty insurance claims or a related insurance field.
