Ensure the DOCOsoft workflow is proactively managed
Process and manage settled direct claims
Daily processing of SCM/USM
Correction of claim signings
Processing of manual bridging reserves
Follow up of direct/manual fees
Reviewing loss fund adequacy
Manage recovery of loss funds
Upload of bordereaux’s
Monitor and manage ECF/Lirma incompletes
General administrative support
Ad hoc administrative projects
Report suspicion of financial crime
Operate within Company’s standards for Treating Customers Fairly
Manage potential conflicts of interest
Advise Compliance and Management of any complaints
