Interview and record statements
Draft and prepare correspondence
Approve and deny claims
Return phone calls and email
Preserve video evidence
Monitor and approve work orders
Collect reimbursement
Process employee reward requests
Purge expired matters
Create and maintain forms
Offer feedback for camera system
Update stores on claims procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
