What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Prior insurance field/property claims handling, Prior estimate writing experience, Ability to carry a ladder, Willingness to inspect roofs, Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Xactimate, Experience working on-site in catastrophe (CAT) environments, State licensing where required

As a Property Claims Field Adjuster, you’ll respond to major disaster events nationwide, including hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, and floods, delivering hands-on support and guidance during critical moments of recovery. In this role, you’ll travel to impacted areas **(up to 80%, often on short notice)** to assess property damage, evaluate coverage, and help policyholders navigate the claims process with confidence.
