You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mind-set. You take ownership and drive successful outcomes for the client and AIG. **About the role** * Key claims handling, coverage determination, quantum analysis and legal liability assessment where appropriate and within authority limits. * Work with the Head of Aerospace UK and the team to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on all lead claims. * Broad internal stakeholder communication where required. * Strive for continuous improvement on claim file handling with feedback and support through the Quality Assurance review processes. * Contribute to maintenance of best practice procedures for Aerospace complex cl
