Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Coordinator experience in Quality department, Previous experience in handling claims, Communication skills, Ability to collaborate effectively, Solution-oriented mindset, Ability to work independently, Ability to remain calm under pressure, Highly organized, Detail-oriented, Proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
Certification like lean six-sigma project execution, Experience in a technical or commercial environment

Collect relevant information from customer
Register the claim in ACT
Collaborate with task owners
Ensure claims are handled and closed
Handle administrative tasks
Ensure complete compliance to policy
Ensure effective preventive action is planned
