Must Have
Experience handling third-party claims, Knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements for employment practices and/or management liability claims, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR skills on higher value complex claims, Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation, A track record of following up effectively on recommendations from technical claims audits and continuous file handling improvement, The ability to influence claims and non-claims stakeholders by effectively directing claims strategy

What You'll Do.
Handle caseload of pending and incoming claims
Establish appropriate reserves
Handle claims tendered on policies
Resolve matters with insureds
Provide information and updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with underwriters and management
Manage portfolio of claims from inquiry to resolution
Minimize indemnity exposure
Mitigate vendor and legal expense
Promote Treating Customers Fairly principles
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Provide feedback on claim exposures and trends
Support Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes
Ensure mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure
