From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection. **Job Description** Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire a Claim Advisor, Auto for our Alberta team. ## Accountabilities: Review insurance policy and coverages Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices. Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement ## Qualifications: Minimum high school education or equivalent 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy ## Bonus Qualifications: Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation #LI-KT1 **Skills** Auto Insurance Claims, Communication, Customer Service, Damage Assessment, Documentations, Estimatics, Fraud Investigations, Problem Solving, Time Management **Compensation** Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 47,800.00 - 73,000.00 annually.
