Must Have
5 years of construction field engineering experience, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work, Ability to analyze and solve problems
Nice to Have
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Relevant on-site large infrastructure construction experience, Eligibility for registration as Certified Engineering Technologist, Demonstrated experience in construction/construction inspection of heavy civil infrastructure, Experience with GPS or Total Station Surveying, Valid license with acceptable driving record, Access to a reliable vehicle

Complete daily inspections
Monitor construction work

Implement quality assurance acceptance
Inspect construction works
Monitor construction progress
Report on project schedule delays
Report onsite activities to Project Manager
Report onsite concerns to Project Manager
Report onsite non-conformances to Project Manager
Provide recommendations for resolution
Support project management teams
Liaise with client representatives
