## Description Our employee-owned team of multi-disciplined engineering and design professionals is looking for a CAD Designer / Technician who is excited to support the design of various transportation projects.   As a member of our team, you will work alongside other professionals to develop designs for highways, interchanges, roundabouts, and other roadway features in coordination with a multi-discipline team that also includes Traffic, Utility, and Water Resource Engineering.   If you are looking for the opportunity to work in a challenging, creative, and highly collaborative environment where your talents and ideas will be valued, then apply on-line today to join our team!   Flexible work arrangements will be provided (3 days in office / 2 days WFH). ## Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree or Certification in Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering, or related field. Previous experience or formal training CADD design/drafting (using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, ORD). Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills; Ability to participate in project team meetings and interact directly with technical professionals and clients on a frequent basis. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.). ## Advantageous Qualifications Thorough understanding of drafting techniques, plan development, quantity takeoffs, and related engineering practices.
