Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Transportation Project Manager to join our dynamic Transportation Team in one of our PA offices, preference to Harrisburg, PA. This position reports to the Transportation Practice Leader and is responsible for assisting current project managers in the execution of their current projects, developing relationships with our current clients, positioning themselves to manage future projects. Projects managed will be for PennDOT, PA Turnpike Commission and our local government clients where the Project Manager will lead the overall execution of the project while also serving as a technical lead on a portion of the project. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $5,000, based on experience and role alignment. Bonus eligibility is contingent upon 12 months of service and must be repaid if the employee leaves the company within one year of hire. What You Will Do: Lead diverse project teams through the development of preliminary engineering and final design, and the delivery of Plans, Specifications and Estimate packages. Lead design or help design complex roadway and transportation projects that require creative solutions.
