Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license, 10+ years of civil engineering experience, Demonstrated success managing civil engineering projects, Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Proficiency with standard project management tools, understanding of engineering design principles, understanding of permitting processes, understanding of regulatory requirements, Experience managing project budgets, Experience managing project schedules, Experience managing project contracts, Experience managing client expectations, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent relationship-building skills, Proven ability to mentor staff, Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Experience supporting business development, Experience supporting client acquisition, Familiarity with LEED, Familiarity with Envision, Established relationships in Northern California
