What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager within software or technology industries, Experience with software development, Experience creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) in AutoCAD Revit, Experience in data science, data modeling, and data visualization, Experience with developing and writing business development materials, Knowledge of programming languages, software lifecycle processes, and system designs, Knowledge of engineering workflows and processes across Civil, Facility, Mechanical, Electrical, or Water Engineering disciplines, Knowledge of technical team management tools such as Jira or Confluence, Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders, effectively communicate through multiple means and platforms, and present technical material clearly and effectively, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Water Engineering
Nice to Have
Experience in software engineering, data and cloud architecture, or computer science, Experience working with the Federal Government, Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, problem-solving, and successful project delivery, Experience in leading project teams working on Gen AI, Computer Vision AI, Data Science, and Digital Twins initiatives, Experience with engineering industry software platforms, such as Navisworks or ArchiCAD, Bentley Systems, including WaterGEMS or SKM Systems Analysis, and building design platforms, Possession of excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, Ability to develop and deliver presentations to showcase technical expertise and project outcomes, Ability to write technical documentation, reports, and business development materials to support project initiatives
