Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at an accredited university in Qatar, Coursework relevant to Hydraulics / fluid mechanics, Coursework relevant to Infrastructure or utilities engineering, Coursework relevant to Basic drainage / sewer concepts, Basic proficiency in CAD software, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Attention to detail, Ability to follow engineering standards and procedures, Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary design environment, Eagerness to learn and contribute to engineering design activities

Exposure to Water, sewer, or drainage design concepts, Exposure to Civil 3D or similar design tools, Basic understanding of Utilities corridor planning principles, Basic understanding of Hydraulic or network design fundamentals, Familiarity with infrastructure design workflows, Interest in projects involving utilities networks, urban infrastructure, and integrated multidisciplinary design, Ability to manage time effectively and meet design deadlines
What You'll Do.
Assist in preparation and updating of utilities corridor layouts
Support development of potable water network designs
Assist in preparing foul sewer and stormwater drainage designs
Support development of plans
Assist with basic engineering calculations and data inputs
Support preparation of engineering deliverables
Assist in coordinating designs across wet and dry utilities
Support identification of clashes
and corridor constraints
Participate in design coordination activities
Assist in updating coordination drawings
Assist in reviewing design submissions
Support updating of documents
Assist in maintaining design registers
and submission tracking records
Collect and organize design data
Assist in preparing presentations
Support tracking of design changes and coordination updates

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams; Collaborate with engineering teams; Coordinate designs across wet utilities (water, sewer, drainage); Coordinate designs across dry utilities (electrical, telecom); Coordinate MEP building interfaces; Participate in design coordination activities; Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary design environment

In this role, you will support the design and coordination of utilities corridors, potable water networks, foul sewer systems, and stormwater drainage on major infrastructure and urban development projects. You will gain hands-on, real-world design experience while working closely with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams in a professional consulting environment.
