In this role, you will Support Engineers and Designers in delivering coordinated highway and road designs on multidisciplinary projects, gaining exposure to real-world transportation engineering workflows, tools, standards, and construction practices. You will work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to active engineering deliverables and design development activities. Interns are encouraged not only to learn, but also to contribute to project outputs, engage with engineering teams, and develop their professional skills through mentorship, professional exposure on live projects, and networking opportunities. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Assisting Engineers with design layouts, basic calculations, and engineering drawings. * Helping prepare engineering deliverables, including plans, sections, diagrams, and simple reports under supervision. * Using CAD and other engineering software (as directed) to assist in preparing design documents and figures. * Updating drawings and documents based on redlines and markups from senior staff. * Supporting coordination between different disciplines by updating design and/or site information and tracking changes. * Assisting with technical documentation, presentations, and meeting materials, and following up on action items. * Learning and applying relevant standards, codes, and Parsons procedures as guided by senio
