Position: Civil Engineer - Site Development Job status: Exempt-salaried Location: Billings, MT (Relocation assistance provided) Civil Engineer, site civil / land development | Lead the design and delivery of grading, drainage, utilities, permitting, and construction administration projects from concept through construction. THE ROLE As a Civil Engineer (Land Development), you will lead the design and delivery of grading, drainage, utilities, permitting, and construction administration while managing projects and building client relationships. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction within a collaborative, employee-owned environment.
