You will work closely with the team to read drawings, run take-offs, prepare accurate estimates, and keep pre-construction documentation organised and on track. **Role Overview:** The Civil Engineer / Pre-Construction Coordinator is responsible for supporting the estimating and pre-construction side of the residential building business. This is a remote, outcomes-focused role suited to someone who can read plans confidently, spot what is missing, and bring strong attention to detail to every project.
