This role is responsible for preparing engineering designs, technical documents, and permit applications while collaborating with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and eager to apply fundamental engineering principles to real-world land development projects. Essential Functions Collaborate with project team members and clients on land development projects under the direction of senior staff. Prepare preliminary and final site plans, engineering calculations, reports, permit applications, and supporting project documentation for review by senior staff. Assist with due diligence efforts, including site analysis, zoning reviews, utility evaluations, engineer’s opinions of probable cost, and project scheduling. Research and interpret local and state zoning ordinances, development regulations, and design standards. Conduct site visits and field investigations as required.
