What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university, Three (3) plus years of related experience, Must have a valid drivers license
Nice to Have
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout
Prepares and computes
but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports
engineer opinion of probable costs
detention/retention computations
Assists in production of final construction drawings
Prepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies
Assists project managers as requested
Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects
Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
Attends client and public meetings- days or evenings
Participates in business development efforts as requested
