Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, EIT preferred, 2–8 years of professional experience in land development civil engineering preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered), written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience preparing civil engineering site plans (site layout, utilities, grading & drainage, erosion control, stormwater management) is a plus, Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
What You'll Do.
Design project components using office software
Perform engineering calculations and problem-solving using formulas and computer tools
Prepare material specifications through research and equipment catalogs
Develop design details and complete plan sets
Conduct research and prepare objective summary reports for project completion
Assist in preparing engineering and construction cost estimates
Perform field observations
and data collection as directed
Communicate effectively with clients and internal design teams under senior staff guidance

Work in a team of 2-3 design engineers and a project manager; Communicate effectively with internal design teams under senior staff guidance
