This role includes supervision of critical equipment, managing a large technical workforce, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring utilities, and maintaining all operational documentation. The candidate will act as a key interface between the client, vendors, and the facility management team to ensure seamless service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** Technical Operations & Maintenance Monitor all technical aspects related to facility operations to ensure smooth functioning. Oversee the operation and maintenance (O&M) of all critical equipment within the premises. Plan, execute, and supervise Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and maintain records for breakdowns, PPM, and service activities. Prepare and maintain daily checklists, log sheets, and all operational records. **Utility Monitoring & Reporting** Track and record civil activities and water consumption on a daily and monthly basis. Prepare monthly business-related data and reports for management review. Team Supervision & Site Management Plan, organize, and supervise all day-to-day facility operations. Lead and manage a ground team of approximately 25 technicians, ensuring task allocation and performance monitoring. Conduct daily briefings on site activities and ensure execution in compli
