Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 2 years of experience in civil/site development, Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam, Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 2 years, Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within a year, Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Proficiency in editing Specifications, Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Ability to train others, Ability to mentor others, Ability to lead others, GIS experience, Familiarity with permitting processes, Knowledge of sustainable site design, Knowledge of low-impact development practices, Experience with subdivision design, Experience with commercial site planning, Experience with public infrastructure
