Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 3-5 years civil engineering design experience, Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Understanding of civil engineering design principles, Understanding of standards, Understanding of regulatory requirements, Effective communication skills, Effective organization skills, Effective problem-solving skills, Ability to work collaboratively
Nice to Have
Progress toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure

Prepare engineering designs for site development
Prepare engineering designs for grading
Prepare engineering designs for drainage
Prepare engineering designs for stormwater
Prepare engineering designs for utility projects
Prepare engineering designs for roadway improvement projects
Perform engineering calculations
Perform technical analyses
Perform design studies
Develop construction documents
Develop specifications
Develop supporting technical documentation
Support project planning
Support project scheduling
Support coordination efforts
Assist with permitting
Assist with agency coordination
Assist with regulatory approvals
Collaborate with clients
Collaborate with consultants
Collaborate with contractors
