Previous experience working with CN Rail, Previous experience working with CPKC Rail projects, Previous experience working on municipal transportation projects, Previous experience working on provincial transportation projects
What You'll Do.
Provide inspection and construction supervision
Maintain accurate daily diary entries
Complete contract documentation records
Maintain daily photographic records
Document contract activities
Complete site surveys of completed works
Track item and material quantities for payment
Complete daily inspections
Monitor construction work
Monitor contractor’s compliance
Supervise and implement quality assurance
Inspect construction works
Report onsite activities
Provide recommendations for resolution
Provide mentorship to junior staff
Liaise with client representatives
Act as client site representative
