What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of engineering experience, 4+ years using Civil 3D, Direct experience creating workflows referencing Revit into Civil 3D, Direct experience creating and maintaining Civil 3D parts, structures, pipe/pressure networks, corridors, and surfaces, Practical knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Experience designing sites from test-fit through to site permit delivery, Experience designing or constructing data centers, Experience applying Lean principles to design modeling and drawing production

Create and maintain BIM site/campus models
Prepare detailed Civil BIM models
Publish construction documentation
Create regional template documents
Create global template documents
Maintain content libraries
Update existing models
Modify existing studies
Modify construction documents
Assist creation of BIM templates
Enforce BIM standards
Participate in design coordination meetings
Work on concurrent projects
Assist information exchange processes
Travel to data center sites
Conduct engineering evaluations
Offer creative solutions
Refine data center designs
Create specifications
Update managers on changes
Engage in design discussions
