What You'll Do.
Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately
Follows proper credit approval processes
Ensure accurate and timely data entry
Monitors exception reports for quick data integrity resolution
Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow
Follows customer's standard operating procedures
Ensure smooth and timely air import process flow
Ensure accurate and timely client billing
Understand all the elements of the import DLSOP
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
Track and trace air import files
Verify documents received for air import purposes are compliant
Always ensure compliance to regulations
Understand department process flow
Overseas communications
Escalation of problems to Management
