University Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of consumer goods sales/distributor/KA management experience, Familiar with company products and competitor market situations, Understand the work processes and operational characteristics of distributor and KA sales, Basic knowledge of supply chain management, Knowledge of regional management, resource allocation, customer management, Proficient in computer and common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing translation skills, Good organizational and coordination skills, Good interpersonal communication skills, Strong ability to work independently, Good analytical, planning, and execution skills, Customer relationship management skills

What You'll Do.
Develop sales plans for key retail accounts in the region
Collaborate with customers (distributors and KA hypermarkets)
Lead and organize customer service representatives to implement plans
Achieve sales performance in key retail accounts
Analyze customer potential and business development plans
Develop joint business plans with key accounts
Understand KA store operations and business models
Analyze customer profitability and market intelligence
Develop reasonable business goals and investment strategies
Plan and execute promotional activities
Manage customer pricing and improve product display
Build good customer relationships
Collect competitor and market information
Coordinate and exchange sales data with customers
Determine customer service levels
Develop short-term demand forecasts
Establish problem feedback and resolution systems
Handle customer complaints promptly
Manage upstream supply chain for key accounts
Ensure efficient and smooth customer supply chain
Conduct follow-up and on-the-job training for subordinates
Inspect and guide subordinates' daily visits
Develop and motivate subordinates
Coordinate and communicate with marketing
and brand marketing teams
Implement financial and sales expense management systems
Review and guide subordinates' expense usage
Improve resource utilization
